TEG has been selected as the lead design engineer and project administrator for the development of a wood-fired co-generation facility in northern Ontario, Canada.
The facility consists of a wood-fired gasifier-boiler capable of producing 52,000 pph of steam at 450 psig D&S, one 4 MWe condensing extraction steam turbine and corresponding steam distribution systems, along with all necessary ancillaries.
The boiler and generation equipment will be relocated from Ohio to the northern Ontario location. The facility will be interconnected with a lumber production facility.
